FIT Apartments is a highly pet-friendly community that welcomes up to two pets per household. Residents love our on-site dog run and convenient doggie bag stations. Our pet policy includes a $350 non-refundable fee due at move-in, with monthly pet rent at $25 for cats and $45 for dogs. While we do not have a weight limit, please contact our leasing office for our specific breed restriction list. We offer a range of studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments in Minneapolis, MN, with both classic and renovated options available. Our FIT lifestyle is designed for active professionals, featuring a 24-hour fitness room, a lively clubroom with a pool table and foosball, and a courtyard with gas grills and a fire table. For your convenience, laundry rooms are located on every level, and select homes include stainless steel appliances and walk-in closets.

To apply for an apartment in Minneapolis, please have a valid government-issued ID and your most recent pay stubs available for income verification (we require a gross household income of 3x the rent). There is a $50 application fee per adult and a $99 holding fee to secure the apartment. Upon approval, that holding fee becomes your security deposit! While we are a market-rate community, we accept all lawful forms of income.

 

Residents enjoy a seamless digital experience and can easily pay rent online through the Bilt Rewards app. Utilities are billed separately; sewer, water, trash, and gas are billed back monthly, while electricity is set up individually through Xcel Energy. This allows for transparent billing and full control over your usage while living in our modern Minneapolis apartments.

 

FIT Apartments offers assigned parking to make your downtown lifestyle more convenient. We provide exterior assigned parking for $100/month and secure underground/interior parking for $150/month. While we do not have dedicated guest parking on-site, our central location in Elliot Park makes navigating the city easy via public transit or walking.

We prioritize your comfort with an online resident portal for submitting maintenance requests, which are handled on a first-come, first-served basis, with emergencies addressed immediately. For secure shopping, we utilize Luxer One package lockers, which notify you via email the moment your delivery is entered into the system. Yes! While our standard leases typically range from 6 to 14 months, we do offer furnished apartments upon request through our third-party vendor partners.
